In order to keep costs low, we keep all contact via live chat or e-mail correspondence. Thus, we pass our tremendous savings on to you. Many problems can be solved immediately, but others take time. Either way, we'll start working on your inquiry right away, and you will receive an e-mail reply within seven days. Although we may be able to get back to you more quickly than that, please do not call or email us about this problem again until we have had seven days to research and solve the issue. Repeated inquiries will only delay the process.

Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

* Weekly Magazines take approximately six weeks to start.
* Monthly Magazines take approximately eight weeks to start
* Magazines published bi-monthly or quarterly may take ten to twelve weeks to start.
Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times, although it can vary from publisher to publisher. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher and how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published.
